Exit PinCity, enter SkypeOut
For a few years, I've been using PinCity for long distance calls. The last three or four times I used it for longish conference calls, it dropped me from the calls about every 15 minutes.
Fed up, but not too eager to go back to normal long-distance rates, I tried SkypeOut again. (SkypeOut is Skype's way to call normal phones.)
My first few SkypeOut forays weren't very satisfying. The calls didn't complete often enough, and their quality was poor -- nothing like a good Skype-to-Skype connection.
But today it was great.
